Shipping policy

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship physical orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Made-to-order, personalized and custom crochet items require additional preparation time.

The estimated processing time will be stated in the individual product description. Processing times may vary depending on the item, materials required and current order volume.

When an order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are complete unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Within Canada

Delivery within Canada generally takes an additional 3–10 business days after the order has been prepared.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier service, weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders of $150 CAD or more before taxes, after discounts have been applied.

Some oversized, remote-destination or specially handled orders may be excluded if clearly stated before checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email when tracked shipping is included with the selected delivery service.

Some lower-cost shipping methods may not include tracking. The available options and details will be shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact us immediately at jodie@uniquelymade.ca if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been prepared or shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address, an unclaimed package or a package returned to sender may be the customer’s responsibility, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your tracked package appears delayed or lost, contact us at jodie@uniquelymade.ca with your order number so we can assist with the carrier inquiry.

If a package arrives damaged, please keep the item and all packaging and contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs.

This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer-protection laws. In Quebec, certain online purchases may be cancelled when delivery does not occur within the legally permitted period.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders in the Gatineau area when shown as an option at checkout.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving. Pickup instructions, location details and available times will be provided directly to the customer.

Orders must not be collected before a ready-for-pickup notification has been sent.

Digital Products

Digital crochet patterns and other downloadable products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

Download instructions or access details will be provided after payment has been successfully completed. Digital products do not count toward physical-product shipping charges or free-shipping thresholds.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available unless an international destination and shipping rate are specifically offered at checkout.

If international shipping is added later, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees unless otherwise stated.
